MP2 REFLECTION:

MP2 was very helpful in creating and designing neat/organized pieces. It also allowed me to learn how to be creative and unique with my pieces by adding a broad range of colors, shapes, and patterns. Things such as the gradients allowed me to create color that otherwise would not be possible and makes it extremely unique and even pop out more. Additionally, I was able to adjust piece according to the art board feature in order to account for other device viewing. Overall, I learned many tools that I could implement toward any piece to add to it's well balanced design.

Mp1 Reflection

  Photoshop has been a wonderful experience as of now. I've learned a lot of things that pertain to the texts, color, graphics, and more in a certain piece. In specific, I've learned how to make texts not look boring by implementing color, rotating letters, and things like excluding overlapping texts to add a little more of an effect to the boring texts it would otherwise be. In terms of color, I've been able to learn how to implement certain colors to certain parts and what may appeal to a viewer's eyes. For graphics, I've been able to make images stand out more by implementing layering effects and other cool features that make the main subject stand out above all else. I've done best with the text, which I've constantly done without any issues whereas the graphics I need some assistance from time to time. Overall, my mastery over photoshop has exponentially grown.

Project 3: Name wallpaper

  Firstly, I looked up the dimensions of my i phone 12 which was 2532 × 1170 pixels. Then I looked up nice backgrounds which I found one that appealed to me as it was nature related. Once I got these I put the image into my photoshop using a customized page with my iphone 12's dimensions. I wrote my name down vertically and converted it into shapes. Then I used free transformation to create overlapping areas within my name. Once these overlapped I excluded those same overlapping areas to show the background a little more as well.
